What is the delivery time of my order?
Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Pallet or large-format shipments may take 5–7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information if applicable.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed clearly during checkout before payment is completed. For detailed information, please see our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition. Full return instructions can be found on our Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal page.
