Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

At Ideal Floor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you will find all relevant information below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Consumers have the right to cancel their online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day after the Consumer receives the products.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at umut@idealflloor.nl. You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

After informing us of the withdrawal, the Consumer must return the products within 14 days.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Products that have been opened, cut, installed, or damaged are not eligible for return.
• Special-order items or custom-made products cannot be returned.
• The Consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Pallet shipments must be returned on a pallet and properly secured to prevent damage.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, Ideal Floor reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a depreciation fee.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method the Customer used during checkout.

We may wait to refund until the product has been returned or until the Customer provides proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

After notifying us of the withdrawal, return the products to the address below:

Please include your order number and full name inside the return package. For pallet deliveries, the return must be arranged via a freight carrier.

5. Items Excluded from Returns

• Cut flooring materials (custom measurements)
• Opened or damaged boxes
• Clearance or promotional items (as indicated on the product page)
• Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage or missing items to umut@idealflloor.nl so we can assist you promptly.
