Shipping & Delivery
At Ideal Floor, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all flooring products, whether small parcel shipments or pallet deliveries. Below you will find detailed information regarding shipping costs, delivery times, carriers, tracking, and delivery conditions.
1. Shipping Costs
- Netherlands: €29.95 per order
- Belgium: €39.95 per order
- Orders above €1,000: Free delivery within the Netherlands
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and the type of shipment:
- Standard delivery (Netherlands): 3–5 business days after order confirmation
- Pallet or large-format flooring deliveries: 5–7 business days
- Belgium deliveries: 4–7 business days on average
If a product has a different delivery time (due to special order or limited stock), it will be indicated on the product page.
3. Shipping Method
Shipments are handled by professional freight partners specialized in transporting flooring materials. Large and heavy orders are shipped on pallets to ensure safe transport and prevent damage.
- Small orders: Standard parcel delivery
- Large or heavy orders: Pallet delivery
4. Delivery Appointments
For pallet deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window. Deliveries are made to the curbside of the provided address. The driver is not responsible for transporting items inside the building.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or delivery confirmation by email. In the case of pallet shipments, tracking may be limited, and delivery updates are typically provided directly by the carrier.
6. Delivery Conditions
- The delivery address must be accessible for trucks (for pallet shipments).
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being present, additional delivery costs may apply.
- Customers must check the delivered products upon arrival. Any visible damages must be reported the same day.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us immediately at umut@idealflloor.nl.
Claims for transport damage must be submitted with photos so that we can report the issue to the carrier.
