Terms and Conditions – Ideal Floor
Article 1 – Definitions
- Ideal Floor: Ideal Flooring Group B.V., located in Breda, The Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91555124.
- Customer: Any individual or legal entity entering into an agreement with Ideal Floor.
- Consumer: A natural person acting for private purposes.
- Parties: Ideal Floor and the Customer together.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries of products supplied by Ideal Floor. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if they have been agreed upon in writing.
Article 3 – Prices
All prices displayed on the webshop are stated in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, administration fees, or other surcharges are shown separately during checkout before the Customer completes the order.
Article 4 – Payment
All products offered on the webshop must be paid for immediately during checkout. When paying by debit or credit card, the amount will be debited from the Customer’s account immediately after the Customer confirms the order on the checkout page.
For custom or large-scale projects, Ideal Floor may require an advance payment of up to 50% of the agreed amount. These cases are communicated to the Customer prior to placing the order.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to cancel an online purchase within a cooling-off period of 14 days without providing any reason. This period begins on the day after the Consumer has received the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Ideal Floor via umut@idealflloor.nl. More details regarding returns and withdrawal procedures can be found on the “Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal” page.
Article 6 – Delivery & Shipping Costs
Delivery takes place while stocks last and will be made to the address provided by the Customer.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the standard delivery time within the Netherlands is 3–5 business days after order confirmation. For palletized or large-format shipments, the delivery time may range from 5–7 business days.
Any delivery date mentioned by Ideal Floor is indicative and not a strict deadline. Ideal Floor will always strive to meet the communicated time frame.
Article 7 – Warranty
Warranty is provided solely for defects arising from faulty manufacturing, construction, or materials. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
Article 8 – Complaints
The Customer must inspect the delivered product as soon as possible after receipt. If the product does not conform to what the Customer could reasonably expect under the agreement, the Customer must notify Ideal Floor as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after discovering the issue, via umut@idealflloor.nl.
Article 9 – Applicable Law
All agreements between Ideal Floor and the Customer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
